Flavors: hot peppers, onions, and smothered in tabasco sauce.
ReplyDeleteYou should aslo try a sort of lemon zest arrangment with ur fries.
Pair with peppers possibly? (green, red, yellow) because I love them. Tumeric, just because I put that in everything. If using lemon try ginger because it's interesting. I'm not a cook.

I was about to suggest tumeric. Make curried homefries with tumeric, cumin and coriander and whatever else you want.

turmeric smells like christmas. i agree wholeheartedly.

lemon pepper would be good.
rosemary and thyme.
you might want to try cooking them in butter/margarine. it will add flavor.
When I was in Colorado we had the best homefries EVER. Nice and crispy and covered in melted chedder and a lot of green chili sauce.
